The acquired hemophilia is known, as a hemorrhagic disorder infrequent with the appearance of oneCase in a million per year, without previous history of coagulopathy, and high morbidity, and the earlydiagnosis makes a difference. It is produced by the appearance circulating antibodies in the plasma, with the ability to inhibit the procoagulant function of the coagulations system proteins
